DAS Chain

A Cosmos SDK blockchain being built for the DAS Ecosystem — designed to provide transparent settlement, coordination, and long-term community governance as the project matures.

Current status: Foundation & architecture in progress. Public testnet and validator onboarding will open in phases.

What is DAS Chain?

DAS Chain is a sovereign, application-specific blockchain being built on the Cosmos SDK. It is designed to support the DAS Ecosystem with accountable infrastructure — enabling phased on-chain participation, reward mechanics, and governance over time.

Rather than presenting decentralisation as “day one”, DAS Chain is being developed through clear milestones: foundation work, public testnet, validator onboarding, and eventually mainnet once stability and security targets are met.

This site reflects the current state of the project. Where features are planned, they are labelled accordingly.

Mission

Our mission is to create open infrastructure that helps people own their time, health, and personal agency — connecting human potential with accountable technology.

Powering a Decentralised Future

DAS Chain combines proven blockchain modules with interoperability and governance tooling — delivered in phases, with security and real-world usability as the gating criteria.

Interoperability Designed

Cross-Chain Connectivity

Built with the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol in mind, enabling future connectivity across the Cosmos ecosystem once network readiness and security thresholds are met.

Cosmos SDK In build

Modular & Upgradable Architecture

A module-based stack for transactions, accounts, fees, and governance scaffolding — allowing iterative releases and upgrades without rebuilding the chain from scratch.

Smart contracts Planned

EVM Smart Contract Support

EVM compatibility is being evaluated for a future phase to support Solidity developers alongside native Cosmos modules, balancing developer access with security and maintenance complexity.

How the DAS Chain Works

DAS Chain is being built as a secure, interoperable network where users, validators, and protocol modules interact through clearly staged releases.

Participants Now + later

Users & Community

Individuals, creators, and learners who participate in the DAS Ecosystem — with on-chain components introduced progressively as the chain reaches testnet maturity.

Protocol In build

Core Blockchain Modules

The Cosmos SDK backbone — accounts, transactions, fee model, and governance scaffolding — delivered through iterative testnets with published milestones.

🛡
Security Planned

Validators & Network Security

Validator onboarding will open during public testnet and expand toward mainnet as decentralisation increases. Incentives and requirements will be documented before onboarding begins.

🌐
IBC Planned

Interchain Connections

IBC channels and partner integrations will be introduced after core network stability is proven, enabling token transfers, data exchange, and cross-chain collaboration.

Roadmap Recommended next

Build in public, ship in phases

If you are evaluating DAS Chain, start with the roadmap and litepaper. They describe what exists now, what is in build, and what is planned — without implying that mainnet features are already live.

The Utility of DST

DST is the native token of the DAS Chain design. Its intended utility is to support network security, governance, and ecosystem transactions once the chain is live.

On a technical level, DST is planned to be used for network fees (“gas”), staking, and governance. Supply, issuance, and allocation parameters will be published as the chain progresses through testnet milestones.

Fees Planned

Gas & Transactions

Network actions will be priced transparently using DST once the chain is live and fee parameters are finalised.

🔒
Security Planned

Staking & Security

Validators and delegators will stake DST to secure the network when staking is enabled during phased releases.

🗳
Governance Phased

Governance

Governance will move from founder-led decisions to broader on-chain participation as the network matures.

🎁
Rewards Phased

Ecosystem Rewards

Reward mechanics (where applicable) will be tied to real activity and released progressively, with clear rules and published constraints to avoid ambiguity and ensure sustainability.
